Refund Policy
Until further notice, please note that due to COVID-19 health and safety restrictions, product exchanges and refunds will only be processed if there is an issue with product quality.
In order to initiate a refund, please write to us at info@dynnaturals.com mentioning that you want to return the product delivered.
The product should be unused and request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Once the return request is approved, you must mail the product to:

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
